Staying up late testing myself

When I expose my eye globules and wait for tears to run really quickly

The nightstand and I have joined forces

to ensure the gurgling will continue.

The cat is talking

perhaps complaining, or warning,

and hopefully not crying

I am silent and occasionally I stare

and green eyes remain the only gaze available
